About Melissa Leach
Melissa Leach is the founder of Leach Literacy Training and a nationally recognized literacy speaker and trainer. She has more than twenty years of experience supporting educators as a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, professional learning designer, and K–12 ELAR and SLAR specialist.
Her training blends research-based best practices with real classroom application. Teachers appreciate her clarity, energy, and ability to make literacy instruction feel achievable and meaningful.
Melissa now leads a team of literacy consultants who support districts with reading and writing PD, Pre-K training, leadership support, and conference presentations.
